  • Two monitor current ranges available: 50 to 500 ľA for iC-VJ, 0.15 to 1.5 mA for iC-VJZ
  • Simple APC adjustment via an external resistor
  • Laser diode current of up to 250 mA
  • Laser current monitoring with current or voltage outputs
  • Built-in R/C oscillator functions up to 4 MHz
  • Stable 1:1 pulse duty factor
  • Internal 16:1 frequency divider
  • Soft power-on and thermal protection
  • Single 5 V supply, few external components
